POUNDED YAM/IYAN

Pounded yam is made with African yam with some process being involved. It can either be made from cooked unsalted yam or from pounded yam flour.

CASSAVA FUFU (AKPU)

This is the food known in Nigeria as fufu or akpu by the Ibo’s. It’s mostly eaten by the Ibo’s and Yoruba's.

AMALA (BLACK YAM FLOUR)

Amala (also known as amala isu/amala gidi) is made with Sun dried African yam.Its mostly eaten by the Yorubas with ewedu, gbegiri (beans soup), okra, vegetable soup etc.

SEMO

Semolina is one of the solid food eaten mostly by all cultures in Nigeria and goes perfectly with vegetable, okra stew etc.

FARINA

Farina can be eaten with vegetable soup, okra, ewedu, melon soup and so on

OAT FUFU

Oatfufu is made from whole grain rolled oat (grind to a smooth consistency) and has a lot of nutritional value. Is eaten with delicious soup like melon and vegetable soup, ewedu and a lot more

EBA

Coming soon..Eba is made from garri (garri is from a tuber crop known as cassava). Eba is the easiest and fastest Nigerian solid food to make and is eaten with some delicious soup like ewedu,okra etc.
